Yvonne serves as the Cross-Company Programmes Team Lead at Moving Ahead, working to increase the representation of women and other underrepresented groups in leadership positions. Her deep-rooted commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion resonates with Wonderseekers’ mission.

A first-generation immigrant from Zimbabwe, Yvonne was inspired by early experiences with science, fostering a lifelong curiosity that she’s eager to share. Drawn to Wonderseekers' mission, which focuses on expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) in science and fighting climate change, Yvonne joined as a trustee in October 2023.

As a trustee, Yvonne brings both strategic skills and a community-focused approach. She's eager to inspire wonder and unlock potential in the next generation. Yvonne lives in Hampshire with her husband, she enjoys long walks, upcycling and interior design projects.
