Ben is responsible for the strategic aims of the independent educational charity. The Charity strives to engage all children with science so they can live happier, healthier and more sustainable lives and contribute to improving life on earth.

As CEO, Ben oversaw the redevelopment of our Science Centre in the South Downs National Park, creating accessible and welcoming experiences. The £1.2million project included collaborations with university and industry and challenged creative partners to find innovative solutions to ensure accessibility was built in at every level.

Ben is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and removing barriers to engagement. An early career achievement was managing a UK tour for a disabled theatre company.
